Directions For Use
In a large mixer, add 25 lbs. of dressing mix to 62.5 gallons of buttermilk and mix well. Add 62.5 gallons of mayonnaise. Mix well until smooth. Cover and store refrigerator.
Option: For low fat or fat free ranch dressing, add 25 lbs. of dressing mix to 93.75 gallons of low fat or fat free buttermilk and 31.25 gallons of low fat or fat free mayonnaise. Mix well until smooth. Cover and store refrigerator.
To make Ranch Dip: Add 25 lbs. of dressing mix to 125 gallons of regular or light sour cream. Mix well until smooth. Cover and store refrigerator.
