28% Reduced Sodium versus our #074 Brown Gravy Mix. A light-brown gravy with a hearty, robust beefy flavor. This convenient dry mix delivers scratch-like taste and a creamy mouthfeel. Preparation is quick and easy-just add hot water for perfect, consistent gravy every time.

Ingredients

Modified Food Starch, Maltodextrin, Salt (includes Sea Salt), Dehydrated Vegetable Powder (Onion, Garlic, Tomato, Carrot), Whey Protein Concentrate, Yeast Extract, Soybean Oil, Sugar, Caramel Color, Natural Flavor, Vegetable Extract, Spice, Less Than 2% Silicon Dioxide (Anticaking).

Directions For Use

Measure 1 gal (128 oz) hot water (180°-190°F) into mixing container. Pour contents of package (14.1 oz) into water while vigorously stirring with a wire whisk. Continue stirring until mix is dissolved and gravy is smooth. Ready to use.

To make approximately one quart of gravy, mix 1 cup plus 2½ Tbsp of gravy mix into 1 quart of hot water.
