Pepper Jack Queso

Spicy, creamy dip perfect for chips.

Pepper Jack Queso
Amount Item
1/2  gal Hot Water (180°-190°F)
  Crushed red pepper flakes (optional for additional heat)
1  bag Foothill Farms® Pepper Jack Cheese Sauce Mix (#322T)
1  lb Shredded Extra Melt White American Cheese
  1. Pour hot water and optional red pepper flakes into mixing container.

  2. Pour cheese sauce mix (15.5 oz) into water while vigorously stirring with a wire whisk. Continue stirring until mix is dissolved and sauce is smooth.

  3. Add cheese and whip until melted.
