Ingredients

1/2 gal | Hot Water (180°-190°F) |
Crushed red pepper flakes (optional for additional heat) | |
1 bag | Foothill Farms® Pepper Jack Cheese Sauce Mix (#322T) |
1 lb | Shredded Extra Melt White American Cheese |
Instructions
Pour hot water and optional red pepper flakes into mixing container.
Pour cheese sauce mix (15.5 oz) into water while vigorously stirring with a wire whisk. Continue stirring until mix is dissolved and sauce is smooth.
Add cheese and whip until melted.
