Caesar Butter
We add our Caesar Dressing mix to butter for a savory tang to put on fish, baked potatoes, biscuits or fillet.

Ingredients

| 1 lb | butter |
| 1 C | Milani Gourmet® Caesar Dressing Mix (#J351) |
Instructions
Soften butter in an electric mixer using the paddle attachment. Blend in the dressing mix.
Place on parchment paper and roll into a log about 1" in diameter. Cut butter into medallions.
