|1 lb.||country ham (julienne/oven dried)|
In stock pot prepare TUF Savory Chef's Pepper Jack Cheese Sauce Mix according to package directions. Cool and store in refrigerator, preferably overnight.
In large bowl, combine cooked rotini pasta, red onions, olives and mushrooms.
Add chilled TUF Savory Chef's Pepper Jack Cheese Sauce and stir gently to combine.
Top with strips of country ham.
