|1 bag||Foothill Farms® Cream Soup Base (either #067T or #096T), prepared according to package instructions|
|1 bag||Foothill Farms® Nacho Cheese Sauce Mix (#080T), prepared according to package instructions|
|3 lb||Diced chicken, fully cooked|
|8 oz||Diced Green Chiles|
|Tortilla chips strips|
|Diced green onion|
Using a large stock pot, add 1 gal prepared Cream Soup, 1/2 gal prepared Nacho Cheese Sauce. Stir to combine.
Add chicken and chilies. Slow simmer until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Never boil.
Ladle soup into bowls. Top with crushed tortilla chips and garnish with green onions, tomatoes and sour cream.
