35  1 M/MA Serving Frozen Scrambled Eggs
1  bag Foothill Farms Enchilada Sauce with Guajillo Chiles (V532)
1/2  gal Hot water (180°-190°F)
35  Tortillas Whole wheat tortilla 6"
  1. Prepared precooked frozen scrambled eggs as per package instructions.

  2. Enchilada Sauce Prep: Pour hot water in mixing bowl. Pour entire contents of Enchilada Sauce Mix into water while stirring vigorously with a wire whisk. Continue stirring until contents are dissolved.

  3. To Serve: Layer 1 M/MA prepared scrambled eggs and 1/4 cup prepared enchilada sauce on each 6" whole wheat tortilla.
