Bruschetta Tomatoes

Fresh, simple and delicious Italian appetizer that can be prepared in minutes with a few simple ingredients.

2  #10 cans Diced tomatoes, drained
1  bag Foothill Farms Italian, Caesar & Vinaigrette Dressing Mix (#V408)
204  slices Toasted French baguette
12 3/4  cups Shredded mozzarella cheese
  Chopped basil, fresh or dried
  1. In a large bowl, add contents of dressing mix package (7.6 oz) to tomatoes. Stir until well blended. Reserve cold.

  2. Add 1 oz (#30 scoop) of tomato mixture and 1/4 oz (approx 1 Tbsp) cheese to each baguette slice. Garnish with basil.

  3. Bake in 400ºF oven for 5 minutes to melt cheese and warm bread.
