Cheddar Cheese Steak Sauce

A rich and gooey, tangy and melty cheese sauce that can be used as a dip for bread or onion rings, over burgers, fries and hot sandwiches. Try mixing with pasta for a unique western-style mac & cheese.

1/2  gal Hot water (180°-190°F)
1  bag Foothill Farms® Cheddar Cheese Sauce Mix (#081T)
1/2  c A.1.® Thick & Hearty Steak Sauce
  1. In a mixing container pour in hot water. Add contents of Sauce Mix into water while vigorously stirring with a wire whisk. Continue stirring until mix is dissolved and sauce is smooth.

  2. Add A.1. to cheese sauce. Whisk to combine. Reserve hot (never boil).

  3. Note: Can also use Foothill Farms Cheese Sauce Mix #094T, #088T and #105T.
