A rich and gooey, tangy and melty cheese sauce that can be used as a dip for bread or onion rings, over burgers, fries and hot sandwiches. Try mixing with pasta for a unique western-style mac & cheese.
|1/2 gal||Hot water (180°-190°F)|
|1 bag||Foothill Farms® Cheddar Cheese Sauce Mix (#081T)|
|1/2 c||A.1.® Thick & Hearty Steak Sauce|
In a mixing container pour in hot water. Add contents of Sauce Mix into water while vigorously stirring with a wire whisk. Continue stirring until mix is dissolved and sauce is smooth.
Add A.1. to cheese sauce. Whisk to combine. Reserve hot (never boil).
