Cream Style Cauliflower

Recipe Yield:
Cream Style Cauliflower

1  bag Foothill Farms Cream Soup Base & Sauce Starter Mix (either #096T or #067T)
1  gal Hot water (180°-190°F)
4  cups Frozen cauliflower florets
1  cup Shredded Mozzarella cheese
  Kosher salt to taste
  1. Pour water into mixing container. Pour contents of Sauce Mix (28 oz) into water while vigorously stirring with a wire whisk. Continue stirring until mix is dissolved and sauce is smooth. Cover and refrigerate.

  2. In a third pan, mix together cauliflower, 1/2 c of sauce and cheese.

  3. For service: portion a 7 oz serving into bowl. Bake at 300F for 12 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle with salt.
