Fat Free Ranch Dressing

Hand-crafted thick, rich, creamy and fat free dressing perfect for salads, dipping sauces and sandwich spreads.

Ingredients

Amount	Item
1 bag	Foothill Farms® Ranch Dressing Mix (#V400 or #V402)
3 qts	Buttermilk
1 qt	Fat Free Mayonnaise

Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, add Ranch Dressing packet (3.2 oz) to buttermilk. Mix well with a wire whisk or electric mixer at low speed.
Add mayonnaise and continue mixing for about 2 minutes until smooth.
Refrigerate 3-4 hours so dressing will thicken. Stir before using. Store in refrigerator.
