Hatch Chile Green Enchilada Sauce with Egg Patty

1  bag Foothill Farms® Hatch Green Chile Enchilada Sauce Mix
1/2  gal Hot water (180°-190°F)
  1. Egg Patty Prep: Place egg patty in single layers on trays lined with pan liners. Cover with foil and cook in the oven for 15 minutes if frozen (10 minutes if thawed).

  2. Hatch Green Chile Enchilada Sauce Prep: Pour ½ gallon (64 fl oz) of hot water (180°-190°F) into mixing container. Pour contents of pouch (8 oz) into water while vigorously stirring with a wire whisk. Continue to stir until mix is dissolved.

  3. To serve place 1 egg patty on tray and cover with 1/4 cup of Hatch Chile Green Enchilada Sauce.
