Hollandaise Aspargus

Fresh grilled asparagus topped with Foothill Farms classic Hollandaise Sauce.

Ingredients

1  bag Foothill Farms Hollandiase Sauce Instant Mix (#V104)
1  qt Hot water (180°-190°F)
4  lb Fresh asparagus
Instructions
  1. In a mixing container, add hot water. Pour contents of Hollandaise sauce mix into water while vigorously stirring with a wire whisk. Continue stirring until mix is completely dissolved.

  2. Grill asparagus until tender.

  3. Top 2 oz of asparagus with 1/4 cup of Hollandiase sauce.
