Honey Mustard Dressing or Dip made with Sour Cream

2  c Sour cream
2  c Water
1  bag Foothill Farms® 1000 Island or Honey Mustard Dressing Mix (#V405)
1/2  gal Mayonnaise
2  c Honey
2  c Mustard (yellow or Dijon)
  1. Add contents of dressing package (4 oz) to sour cream and water. Mix well with wire whip or electric mixer at low speed.

  2. Add mayonnaise, honey and mustard. Mix at low speed until smooth (about 2 minutes).

  3. Cover and refrigerate 3-4 hours to allow dressing to thicken. Stir before using. Cover and keep refrigerated when not using.
