Kent's Ultimate Breakfast

A hearty breakfast of waffle fries, topped with diced ham, a fried egg and drizzled with creamy Hollandaise sauce.

1  bag Foothill Farms Hollandaise Sauce Instant Mix (#V104)
1  qt Hot water (180°-190°F)
3  lb Waffle fries
1  lb Diced ham
8   Fried eggs
4  oz English muffin croutons
  1. In a mixing container, add hot water. Pour contents of Hollandaise sauce mix into water while vigorously stirring with a wire whisk. Continue stirring until mix is completely dissolved. Reserve warm.

  2. Prepare waffle fries per package instructions.

  3. For service: arrange 6 oz chip on plate. Layer 2 oz diced ham, fried egg and 4 oz Hollandaise Sauce. Garnish with 1/2 oz of croutons.
