|3 1/2 qts||Hot water (180°-190°F)|
|2 1/2 lb||Rice, Brown (or white), Long Grain, Parboiled|
|1 bag||Foothill Farms® Asian Stir Fried Rice Seasoning (#S140)|
|3 oz||Butter (optional)|
|10 1/4 c||Canned diced carrots, drained|
|10 1/4 c||Canned green peas, drained|
In a 4” full-size steam table pan, combine hot water, rice, contents of Rice Seasoning packet (6.82 oz) and butter
Stir well. Cover with foil or pan lid and bake in a 350°F conventional oven 30-35 minutes.
Remove from oven and stir well. Gently mix in carrots and peas. Return to oven for approximately 10 more minutes, or until water is absorbed.
