1  bag Foothill Farms Cheese Sauce Instant Mix (088T)
2 1/2  qt Hot water (180°-190°F)
1 1/2  qt Evaporated milk
12  lbs Macaroni noodles, cooked
8   Eggs
8  oz Butter
2  cups Shredded cheddar cheese
  1. Melt butter in hot water. Pour cheese sauce into water while vigorously stirring with a wire whisk. Continue stirring until mix is completely dissolved and cheese is smooth.

  2. Blend in evaporated milk and eggs.

  3. Combine noodles and cheese sauce, and divide between four 1/2 pan steam table pans.

  4. Top each pan with 4 oz of shredded cheese and bake for 45 minutes in a convection over at 325ºF.
