Preheat conventional oven to 350ºF.
Grease half pan with butter. Set aside.
Pour cooled coffee into mixing bowl. Pour contents of Bread Pudding Mix (20.32 oz) into coffee while vigorously stirring with a wire whisk until smooth.
Add bread to wet mixture and gently stir to combine. Gently fold in sliced bananas and chocolate chips.
Once bread has absorbed most of the mixture, transfer to prepared baking dish. Cover loosely with foil. Bake for 15 minutes.
Remove foil from pan and continue baking for an additional 30 minutes.
Remove bread pudding from oven. Product will settle and shrink some upon cooling. To serve warm, cool bread pudding for 10 prior to cutting. Serve with ice cream or whipped cream, or drizzle with vanilla glaze or other flavored sauce.
