1 bag	Foothill Farms® Oat Crisp Topping(#P212)

Instructions

Place 9 cups of mashed sweet potatoes in a half size steam table pan. Sprinkle contents of one bag (1.5 lbs) of Whole Grain Oat Crisp Topping evenly over. Bake in pre-heated convection oven at 350°F for 25-30 minutes, or pre-heated conventional oven at 375°F for 35-40 minutes, or until fruit is bubbling and Whole Grain Oat Crisp Topping is golden brown.
