|1 bag||Foothill Farms® Alfredo Sauce Mix (either #090 or #575), prepared per package directions (makes 1/2 gal)|
|1 bag||Foothill Farms® Turkey (#079) or Chicken (either #G406 or #073) Gravy Mix , prepared per package directions (makes 1/2 gal)|
|3 lb||Cooked spaghetti, whole grain|
|2 lb||Diced turkey or chicken, fully-cooked, IQF, 1/2" squares|
|Grated parmesan cheese, optional|
In a large stock pot, add 1/2 gal prepared Alfredo Sauce and 1 gal prepared Turkey or Chicken Gravy. Stir to combine to make a sauce.
Layer cooked spaghetti on bottom of well-greased, full-size, 4" steamtable pan.
Evenly distribute meat over spaghetti.
Pour sauce over meat/spaghetti mixture.
Bake in 350°F convection oven for 30 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
Remove from oven and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
