Directions For Use

DIRECTIONS FOR CLASSIC ITALIAN DRESSING
1. In large mixing bowl add contents of package to 5 cups of vinegar and 1 cup of water. Mix well with a whisk or electric mixer at high speed.
2. Continue mixing and slowly add 10 ½ cups vegetable oil. Mix at high speed 2 minutes until well mixed.
3. Store in refrigerator. Stir before using. Yield: 1 gallon & 1 cup (136 fl oz)

DIRECTIONS FOR A LIGHTER VERSION OF CLASSIC ITALIAN DRESSING
1. Mix contents of package with 5 cups of vinegar, ½ gallon of water and one quart of vegetable oil.

DIRECTIONS FOR CREAMY ITALIAN DRESSING
1. Add contents of package (8 oz) to 1 gallon of buttermilk and mix well with wire whip or electric mixer at low speed.
2. Add 1 gallon of mayonnaise. Mix at low speed for about 2 minutes until smooth.
3. Stir before using.

DIRECCIONES PARA EL CLÁSICO ADEREZO ITALIANO
1. En un tazón grande añada el contenido del paquete a 5 tazas de vinagre y 1 taza de agua. Mezcle bien con un batidor de alambre o una mezcladora eléctrica a alta velocidad.
2. Continúe mezclando y lentamente añada 10 ½ tazas de aceite vegetal. Mezcle a alta velocidad por unos 2 minutos hasta que esté bien mezclado.
