A delicious standard that stands with center-of-plate items, Foothill Farms® Country White Gravy with Pepper Instant Mix is a creamy white gravy with a rich dairy flavor and bits of cracked black pepper. Preparation is easy. No boiling required. Perfect over breakfast favorites, as a savory topping for chicken-fried steak and mash potatoes, and as a dipping sauce for chicken strips. Also a great base for soups, chowders and sauces.

Food Starch-Modified, Coconut Oil, Corn Syrup Solids, Salt, Nonfat Dry Milk, Sodium Caseinate, Buttermilk Powder, Potassium & Sodium Phosphate, Sugar, Mono & Diglycerides, Black Pepper, Xanthan Gum, Soy Lecithin, Spice Extractive, Beta Carotene (Color).

Almidón Alimentario Modificado, Aceite De Coco, Sólidos De Jarabe De Maíz, Sal, Leche En Polvo Sin Grasa, Caseinato De Sodio, Suero De Leche En Polvo, Fosfato De Potasio Y De Sodio, Azúcar, Mono Y Diglicéridos, Pimienta Negra, Goma Xantana, Lecitina De Soja, Extracto De Especias, Betacaroteno (Color).

Directions For Use

1. Pour 1 gallon hot water (180°-190°F) into mixing bowl or container.
2. Pour mix (25.0 oz) into water while vigorously stirring with a wire whisk or with a mixer on low speed. Continue stirring until mix is completely dissolved and gravy is smooth. Stir before using.

To make approximately one quart of white gravy, mix 1½ cups of loosely packed mix into one quart of hot water.
