Asian-inspired herbed-chicken and broccoli florets stir fry served over rice and topped with sliced green onions
Ingredients

| 6 c | Long Grain White Rice |
| 3/4 c | Vegetable Oil |
| 6 lb | Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast Halves, cut into 1” pieces |
| 12 c | Broccoli Florets |
| 3/4 c | Mrs. Dash Garlic and Herb Seasoning Blend |
| 1/3 c | Cornstarch |
| 1 1/2 qt | Chicken Broth, Low Sodium |
| 2/3 c | Green Onions, Sliced |
Instructions
Cook rice according to package directions.
Heat oil in large skillet; add chicken and stir constantly until thoroughly cooked.
Add broccoli and Mrs. Dash Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend, cooking 1 minute more.
Combine cornstarch and broth. Add to chicken mixture, cooking until thickened.
Serve chicken mixture over rice. Top with green onions.
