Cilantro Lime Rice

The adventurous duo of crisp, chopped cilantro entwined with a juicy splash of tropical lime takes white or brown rice new places. Create flavored rice like what's served at Q'doba and Chipotle restaurants.

Cilantro Lime Rice

3 1/2  qts Hot water (180°-190°F)
2 1/2  lbs Parboiled rice, white or brown
1  bag Foothill Farms® Cilantro Lime Rice Seasoning (#S162) 6 oz.
3  oz Butter (optional)
  1. In a 2" full-size steam table pan, combine hot water, rice, contents of Rice Seasoning packet (6 oz) and butter. Stir well.

  2. Cover with foil or pan lid and bake in a 350°F convection oven for 40-45 minutes or until water is absorbed. Keep warm (160°F). Fluff with fork before serving.
