| 1 bag | Foothill Farms® Country White Gravy With Pepper Instant Mix (086T) |
| 1 1/2 gal | Hot water (180°-190°F) |
| 1 #10 can | Potatoes |
| 4 cups | Onions, chopped |
| 8 Tbsp | Chives, chopped |
| 2 cups | Bacon, cooked & chopped |
| 4 cups | Mushrooms, sauteed |
| 2 Tbsp | Butter |
Instructions
Pour 1.5 gallon hot water (180°-190°F) into stockpot over low heat. Pour contents of pouch (25.0 oz) into water while vigorously stirring with a wire whisk or with a mixer on low speed. Continue stirring until mix is completely dissolved and gravy is smooth. Never boil.
Add in potatoes, onions, chives, cooked bacon, sauteed mushrooms and butter. Keep warm.
