1 cup | Foothill Farms® Enchilada Sauce Instant Mix (#V532), prepared |
1 cup | Diced/sliced, grilled, or pre-cooked chicken |
1/2 cup | Corn, drained |
1/2 cup | Roasted red peppers, diced |
1 cup | Pepper jack cheese, shredded |
1 | RTU rectangle flatbread, 12" x 8", 1/8" thick |
Shredded lettuce |
Instructions
Evenly spread 1 cup of prepared Enchilada Sauce over the flatbread, ensure the entire flatbread to outside edge is covered.
Evenly place corn, peppers and cheese over sauced flatbread.
Bake in 400°F convection oven for 10 minutes. (Tip: Try cooking in a wood-fired oven.)
Remove flatbread from oven. Garnish with shredded lettuce.
