1 qt	Water
1 bag	Foothill Farms® Caesar Dressing Mix (#J351)
2 qts	Nonfat plain Greek yogurt
2 qts	Mayonnaise

Instructions

Pour Caesar Dressing packet (12.5 oz) into a 12-quart bowl of an electric mixer with a wire whisk attachment. Add water and mix until combined. Let stand 2 minutes.
Add mayonnaise and sour cream. Mix until creamy.
Refrigerate 3-4 hours so dressing will thicken. Stir before using. Store in refrigerator.
