1 bag | Foothill Farms Hollandiase Sauce Instant Mix (#V104) |
1 qt | Hot water (180°-190°F) |
8 oz | Diced tomato, pepper and onion mix |
8 oz | Diced ham |
1 lb | Cooked diced potatoes (frozen diced potatoes can be substituted) |
16 oz | Cooked scrambled eggs |
6 oz | Croutons |
4 oz | Shredded cheddar cheese |
Instructions
In a mixing container, add hot water. Pour contents of Hollandaise sauce mix into water while vigorously stirring with a wire whisk. Continue stirring until mix is completely dissolved.
Cook onions, peppers and tomatoes in a skillet until tender. Add to Hollandiase sauce.
Add the scrambled eggs, diced ham and diced potatoes to Hollandaise sauce. Mix well.
Pour mixture into a well greased half pan. Top with croutons and shredded cheddar cheese.
Bake at 350°F for 40 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 180°F.
