Ingredients

| 1 gal | Hot water (180°-190°F) |
| 1 bag | Foothill Farms® Cheese Sauce Mix #088T |
| 2 1/4 c | Carolina-style BBQ sauce |
| 15 lb | Frozen onion rings |
| 5 lb | Shredded pulled pork, fully-cooked |
| 5 lb | Sliced grilled okra |
Instructions
In a mixing container pour in hot water. Add contents of Cheese Sauce Mix into water while vigorously stirring with a wire whisk. Continue stirring until mix is dissolved and sauce is smooth.
Add BBQ sauce to cheese sauce. Whisk to combine. Reserve hot (never boil).
For order: Cook 3 oz of onion rings. Allow to drain in fry basket.
Place onion rings in serving container. Top with 2 oz hot Carolina cheese sauce. Top with 1 oz pork and 1 oz okra.
