1 bag | Foothill Farms® Cheese Sauce Instant Mix (088T) |
2 1/2 qt | Hot water (180°-190°F) |
1 1/2 qt | Evaporated milk |
12 lbs | Macaroni noodles, cooked |
8 | Eggs |
8 oz | Butter |
2 cups | Shredded cheddar cheese |
Instructions
Melt butter in hot water. Pour cheese sauce into water while vigorously stirring with a wire whisk. Continue stirring until mix is completely dissolved and cheese is smooth.
Blend in evaporated milk and eggs.
Combine noodles and cheese sauce, and divide between four 1/2 pan steam table pans.
Top each pan with 4 oz of shredded cheese and bake for 45 minutes in a convection over at 325ºF.
