1 bag | Foothill Farms® Whole Grain Oat Topping Mix (#P212) |
3 cups | Unsalted butter |
3 | Large eggs |
1 1/2 cups | Raisins |
1 1/2 tsp | Baking powder |
Instructions
Blend Oat Crisp Topping, baking powder and butter.
Add raisins and eggs. Blend in a mixer using the paddle attachment.
Spray cookie sheets and scoop cookie dough onto cookie sheet using a #30 scoop.
Bake at 350°F in a convection over for 10-12 minutes.
