This savory vegetable and cheese pizza uses alfredo sauce to complement this recipe.

1 cup | Foothill Farms® Classic Alfredo Sauce Mix #090T |
1 TBSP | Basil pesto |
1 | Prepared pizza crust (15 in. x 10 in.) |
1 cup | Sliced sweet mini peppers |
1 cup | Halved grape tomatoes |
1 cup | Chopped artichokes |
1/4 cup | Chopped red onion |
2 cups | Shredded Mozzarella cheese |
Shredded Parmesan cheese | |
Fresh minced basil |
Instructions
In a bowl, combine the Alfredo sauce and pesto; stir to combine.
Spread over pizza crust.
Top with half the mozzarella cheese, peppers, tomatoes, artichokes and onion.
Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella cheese.
Bake at 425ºF for 15 - 20 minutes.
Sprinkle with Parmesan and basil.
