1  lb Ground beef
1  cup Diced onion
1  cup Frozen peas & carrots
1/2  cup Foothill Farms® Beef Flavor Gravy Instant Mix (075T)
1 1/2  cups Hot water
1  lb Mashed potatoes
  Shredded cheddar cheese
  1. Sauté onion in a skillet with a small amount of oil until translucent. Add ground beef and cook thoroughly.

  2. Stir in the Beef Flavor Gravy Mix. Add water and allow sauce to thicken.

  3. Add cooked peas and carrots.

  4. Scoop 5.5 oz (#10 scoop) of mixture into ramekin.

  5. Top with 3 oz. mashed potatoes and garnish with cheese.

  6. Broil for 2 minutes at 550°F until golden brown. Hold at 145°F until served.
