Recipe Yield:
Amount Item
1/2  gal Hot Water (180°-190°F)
1/2  c Sriracha Chili Sauce
1  bag Foothill Farms® Monterey Jack Cheese Sauce Mix (#106T)
1  lb Shredded Extra Melt White American Cheese
  1. Pour hot water and chili sauce into mixing container. Stir to combine.

  2. Pour cheese sauce mix (15.5 oz) into water while vigorously stirring with a wire whisk. Continue stirring until mix is dissolved and sauce is smooth.

  3. Add shredded cheese and whip until melted.
