Sriracha Ranch Baked Chicken

1  bag Foothill Farms® Ranch Dressing & Seasoning Mix
1/2  gal Buttermilk
1/2  gal Mayonnaise
1/2  cup Sriracha sauce
64  each Skinless chicken breast - 4 oz portions
12  cups Plain bread crumbs
  1. To make dressing: In a large mixing bowl, add Ranch Dressing Mix with buttermilk. Mix well with a wire whip. Add mayonnaise and blend until smooth. Add Sriracha sauce and mix well. Refrigerate for 3-4 hours to allow the flavors to develop.

  2. Place Sriracha Ranch Dressing in a bowl. Place bread crumbs in a second bowl.

  3. Dip chicken breast into the Sriracha Ranch Dressing, then dredge in the breadcrumbs, coating evenly. Place chicken breast on a parchment lined sheet pan

  4. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
