| 1/2 gal | Hot water (180°-190°F) |
| 1 bag | Foothill Farms® Monterey Jack Flavor Cheese Sauce Instant Mix (#106T) |
| 1/2 cup | Shredded white American cheese |
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, pour in hot water. Add contents of Monterey Jack Cheese Sauce Mix (15.5 oz) into water while vigorously stirring with a wire whisk. Continue stirring until mix is completely dissolved and cheese sauce is smooth.
Add shredded cheese to cheese sauce. Stir to combine.
Serve 1 oz of cheese sauce on a 6" steak sandwich with peppers, onions and mushrooms.
