Recipe Yield:

1/2  gal Hot water (180°-190°F)
1  bag Foothill Farms® Monterey Jack Flavor Cheese Sauce Instant Mix (#106T)
2  cups White wine, dry
4  Tbsp Butter
2/5  lbs Wild sea scallop pieces
  Lemon slices
  1. In a large mixing bowl, pour in hot water. Add contents of Monterey Jack Cheese Sauce Mix (15.5 oz) into water while vigorously stirring with a wire whisk. Continue stirring until mix is completely dissolved and cheese sauce is smooth. Let stand for about 3-5 minutes then mix again.

  2. Add wine to cheese sauce. Stir to combine.

  3. Cook scallops in butter. Add to plate.

  4. Top scallops with white wine cheese sauce.

  5. Garnish with lemon slices and parsley.
