| 1 bag | Foothill Farms® White Sauce Instant Mix (#0701) |
| 1/2 gal | Hot water (180°-190°F) |
| 2 c | Easy Melt Cheese (yellow) |
| 1/4 tsp | Prepared mustard |
| 1/4 tsp | Worcestershire Sauce |
Instructions
Pour hot water into mixing container. Pour contents of White Sauce Mix into water while vigorously stirring with a wire whisk. Continue stirring until mix is dissolved and sauce is smooth.
Stir in easy melt cheese, prepared mustard and Worcestershire sauce and continue stirring until dissolved and smooth.
