Ingredients
| Amount | Item |

| 1/2 gallon | Hot water (180°-190°F) |
| 1 bag | Foothill Farms® White Sauce Instant Mix (#0701) |
| 48 oz | Mixed berries (blackberries, raspberries, blueberries, strawberries), IQF |
| 1/2 c | Lime juice |
| 1 1/2 c | Honey |
| 40 each | Mint leaves, fresh (large size) |
Instructions
Pour hot water into a mixing container. Pour contents of White Sauce Mix into water while vigorously stirring with a wire whisk. Continue stirring until mix is dissolved and sauce is smooth.
Place all ingredients in blender and puree until smooth. Serve chilled.
