Recipe Yield:

1/2  gal Hot water (180°-190°F)
1  bag Foothill Farms® Three Cheese Mac & Cheese Sauce Mix (#372T)
3  lb Cooked pasta (approx 1 1/2 lb dry), optional whole grain
Instructions

  1. Pour hot water into mixing container. Pour contents Cheese Sauce Mix (15.5 oz) into water while vigorously stirring with a wire whisk. Continue stirring until mix is dissolved and sauce is smooth. Set aside.

  2. Place pasta in full-sized, lined hotel pan. Pour cheese sauce evenly over. Stir to combine.

  3. If pasta is cool, place in 350°F convection oven for 15 -20 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.

  4. Remove from oven and place product in warming cabinet until served. Ensure that hot food is held at a temperature above 140°F.
