1 3/4  qts Hot water (180°-190°F)
1  lb Parboiled white or brown rice
1 1/3  c dry mix Foothill Farms® Special Blend Cheese Sauce Instant Mix (#7272)
1  oz Butter
Instructions

  1. In a 2" full-size steam table pan, combine hot water, rice, cheese sauce dry mix and butter (optional). Stir well.

  2. Cover and bake in a 350°F convection oven for 40-45 minutes or until water is absorbed. Keep warm (160°F). Fluff with fork before serving.
