1 1/2 qts.	boiling water
1 cup	butter
1 pkg.	Foothill Farms® Chicken Flavored Stuffing Mix (#T501)
14 oz. can	peaches, drained and coarsely chopped

Instructions

Pour boiling water into 8-10 qt. mixing bowl. Add butter and enclosed stuffing seasoning packet. Stir until butter is melted.
Add peaches and stir to combine.
Add stuffing crumbs and stir until all the liquid is absorbed.
Serve immediately or transfer to half pan, cover and hold on steam table. Fluff with fork prior to serving.
NOTE: Juice from drained peaches may be substituted for some of the water for added flavor.
