General Description
A smooth and creamy cheddar cheese and tangy blue cheese sauce blend. A palatable and user-friendly sauce that finishes with a good cheddar note. Can be used on nachos or blended into soups and sauces. Mild flavor works well with other ingredients for great menuing possibilities. Mix with hot water. No boiling required.
Ingredients
Cheese Blend [Whey, Cheddar & Blue Cheese (Milk, Cheese Cultures, Salt, Enzymes), Maltodextrin, Salt, Canola Oil, Buttermilk, Reduced Lactose Whey, Disodium Phosphate, Lactic Acid, Color (Yellow 5 & 6, Annatto Extract), Nonfat Milk, Citric Acid], Modified Food Starch, Whey, Maltodextrin, Coconut Oil, Salt, Corn Syrup Solids, Contains Less Than 2% of: Calcium & Potassium Phosphate, Nonfat Milk and/or Sodium Caseinate, Yeast Extract, Sodium Stearoyl Lactylate, Soy Lecithin, Artificial Flavor, Annatto (Color), Sugar, Mono & Diglycerides, Stabilizer Blend (Tara & Cellulose Gum), Citric Acid, Disodium Inosinate.
Directions For Use
Pour 1/2 gallon (64 fl oz) of hot water (180°-190°F) into mixing bowl or container. Pour contents of Cheese Sauce Mix (15.0 oz) into water while vigorously stirring with a wire whisk. Continue stirring until mix is completely dissolved and cheese sauce is smooth. Cover and let stand 3-5 minutes. Stir prior to serving.
To make approximately one quart of cheese sauce, mix one loosely packed cup of cheese sauce mix with 3 cups of hot water.
Serving Suggestions: TUF® Instant Cheese Sauce can be ladled over baked potatoes, steamed vegetables or tortilla chips. Stir into cooked macaroni for delicious mac and cheese.
