General Description
An instant version of the traditional Demi Glace Sauce that eliminates all the work involved in making it from scratch. This smooth, rich, brown sauce creates a base for many soups and sauces.
Ingredients
Modified Food Starch, Sugar, Salt, Beef Fat, Caramel Color, Natural Flavor, Soy Sauce (Wheat, Soybeans, Salt), Beef Broth, Maltodextrin, Onion, Yeast Extract, Burgundy Wine Powder (Maltodextrin, Modified Food Starch, Burgundy Wine Solids, Corn Syrup, Malic Acid, Sorbic Acid, Natural Flavor), Soybean Paste, Hydrolyzed Vegetable Protein (Corn, Soy, Wheat), Garlic, Tomato Powder, Lactic Acid, Disodium Inosinate & Guanylate, Spice Extractives, Contains 2% Or Less Silicon Dioxide (Anticaking).
Directions For Use
Measure 64 ounces of hot water (190°F) into mixing container. Pour contents of one bag of Demi Glace Mix into hot water while stirring with a wire whip. Continue stirring until mix is completely dissolved and Demi Glace is smooth in body. Ready to use.
