General Description
A smooth, creamy sauce made with a blend of Monterey Jack, Cheddar and Blue cheeses that can be used in multitudes of ways – hot and cold sandwiches, burgers, wraps, dips and more. Can elevate any menu without increasing cost of goods. You will find endless uses to fit almost every part of your menu at any daypart. Mix with hot water. No boiling required.
Ingredients
Cheese Blend [Monterey Jack, Swiss, Cheddar, Blue Cheese (Cultured Milk, Salt, Enzymes), Maltodextrin, Buttermilk, Canola Oil, Whey, Disodium Phosphate, Reduced Lactose Whey, Natural Flavor, Lactic Acid, Salt, Nonfat Dry Milk, Citric Acid], Modified Food Starch, Whey, Coconut Oil, Corn Syrup Solids, Salt, Sodium Caseinate, Potassium & Sodium Phosphate, Sugar, Mono & Diglycerides, Disodium Inosinate, Yeast Extract, Citric Acid, Soy Lecithin, Less Than 2% Silicon Dioxide (Anticaking).
Directions For Use
Pour ½ gallon of hot water (180-190°F) into mixing bowl or container. Pour contents of one bag (15.5 oz) of TUF® Instant Monterey Jack Cheese Sauce Mix into water while vigorously stirring with a wire whip or with mixer on low speed. Continue stirring until mix is completely dissolved and sauce is smooth. Cover and let stand 3-5 minutes. Remove cover and re-stir prior to serving.
To make approximately one quart of cheese sauce, add one loosely packed cup of cheese sauce mix to 3 cups of hot water.
