General Description

The Italian dressing mix is a unique blend of savory spices. The end user adds a measured amount of water, oil and vinegar to the mix that will create a dressing that will complement any salad.

Ingredients

Salt, garlic powder, onion powder, monosodium glutamate, carrots, red bell peppers, black pepper, guar gum, xanthan gum, celery seed, paprika, caramel color, turmeric and parsley.

Directions For Use

Regular Italian:
Mix bag of TUF Italian Dressing Mix with 1 quart (32 fl. oz.) of cool tap water and 1 quart of vinegar while stirring with a wire whip or with mixer on low speed. Mix thoroughly. Add 1/2 gallons (64 fl. oz.) of vegetable oil and continue mixing until smooth. Ready to serve. Refrigerate any unused portions.

Creamy Italian:
Mix bag of TUF Italian Dressing Mix with 1/2 gallons (64 fl. oz.) of buttermilk while stirring with a wire whip or with a mixer on low speed. Add one gallon of mayonnaise and continue mixing until smooth. Ready to serve. Refrigerate unused portions.
