Foothill Farms® Ranch Dressing Seasoning Mix is expertly blended tangy herbs and spice that provides fresh-made Ranch dressing that is thick, rich and creamy. It’s performance and taste will go up against your current Ranch dressing any day. Perfect for salads, dipping sauces and sandwich spreads. One packet has many possibilities. Use it to make fat free Ranch or change up the flavor by adding common back-of-house ingredients.

Ingredients

Salt, Maltodextrin, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Monosodium Glutamate, Gum Blend (Xanthan Gum, Carrageenan), Parsley, Spice (Includes Mustard Flour), Soybean Oil, Spice Extractive (Includes Celery), Contains 2% Or Less Silicon Dioxide (Anticaking).

Directions For Use

In a large mixer, add 10 lbs of dressing mix to 25 gallons of buttermilk and mix well. Add 25 gallons of mayonnaise. Mix well until smooth. Cover and store in refrigerator.

To Make One Gallon: Add 3.2 oz (1/2 cup) mix to 1/2 gallon of buttermilk and mix well. Add 1/2 gallon of mayonnaise. Mix well until smooth. Cover and store in refrigerator.

Option: For low fat or fat free ranch dressing, add 10 lbs of dressing mix to 37.5 gallons of low fat or fat free buttermilk and 12.5 gallons of low fat or fat free mayonnaise. Mix well until smooth. Cover and store in refrigerator.

To make Ranch Dip: Add 10 lbs of dressing mix to 50 gallons of regular or light sour cream. Mix well until smooth. Cover and store in refrigerator.
