1  bag Foothill Farms® Classic Red Enchilada Sauce Mix with Guajillo Chiles #V532
1/2  gal Hot water (180-190°F)
1  bag Mrs. T’s® Potato & Cheddar Mini Pierogies with Whole Grain Dough (100 ct)
  1. Pour hot water into mixing container. Pour contents of Enchilada Sauce Mix packet into water while vigorously stirring with a wire whisk. Continue to stir until mix is dissolved.

  2. Place frozen pierogies in a full size steamtable pan. Pour 1 qt of enchilada sauce over pierogies.

  3. Bake in 350°F convection oven 20-25 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
