1 bag | Foothill Farms® Classic Red Enchilada Sauce Mix with Guajillo Chiles #V532 |
1/2 gal | Hot water (180-190°F) |
1 bag | Mrs. T’s® Potato & Cheddar Mini Pierogies with Whole Grain Dough (100 ct) |
Instructions
Pour hot water into mixing container. Pour contents of Enchilada Sauce Mix packet into water while vigorously stirring with a wire whisk. Continue to stir until mix is dissolved.
Place frozen pierogies in a full size steamtable pan. Pour 1 qt of enchilada sauce over pierogies.
Bake in 350°F convection oven 20-25 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
