Recipe Yield:

40  each Tomatillos, huskes removed
1/2  gal Hot water (180°-190°F)
1  bag Foothill Farms® Orange Ancho Chile Sauce Mix (#V460)
8  c Frozen mango cubes, thawed
1  c Minced red onion
6  Tbsp Chopped fresh cilantro
  1. Char tomatillos on a grill, then dice. Set aside.

  2. Pour hot water into mixing container. Pour contents of Sauce Mix into water while vigorously stirring with a wire whisk. Continue stirring until mix is dissolved and sauce is smooth.

  3. Add mangoes, tomatillos, onion and cilantro to sauce. Stir to evenly combine.

  4. Cover and place in refrigerator or reserve warm.
