Ingredients

| 1/2 gal | Hot water (180°-190°F) |
| (Add 1 cup less water for thicker sauce) | |
| 1 bag | Foothill Farms® Cheese Sauce Mix (#088T) |
| 1/4 c | Chipotle chile, canned, pureed |
Instructions
In a mixing container pour in hot water. Add contents of Sauce Mix into water while vigorously stirring with a wire whisk. Continue stirring until mix is dissolved and sauce is smooth.
Add chipotle puree to cheese sauce. Whisk to combine.
Note: Can also use Foothill Farms Cheese Sauce #088T and #105T. Simply double the amount of water and pureed chipotle used.
